Azteca Negra currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (secured via Square) and PayPal payments.

Please note that all sales are final.
Our main concern is that you are happy with your item. Please contact us if the item is damaged or lost, and we will do our best to track it down, replace, or fix it.
All items are handmade and made especially for you, so please allow 7-10 business days for creation and shipping. Azteca Negra will notify each customer with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
Azteca Negra ships all items domestically and select items internationally.
Domestic (U.S. Only):
All domestic orders are provided with tracking information. Expedited/ overnight shipping can be provided for an additional fee.
**If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before purchasing your items, to ensure that we can accommodate your order.**
International (Outside of U.S.):
Please note that insurance and tracking for international orders is not standard for each order. International tracking can be provided for an additional fee. please contact us before purchasing your items to ensure that we can accommodate your order.
Because Azteca Negra merchandise is designed and created in-house, no item is available for resale unless permission is obtained from owner.

Custom Order/ Bulk Order
Azteca Negra is happy to create bulk and special occasion orders of large quantities. Please note that we require the order to be placed and paid for at least four weeks in advance of date needed.
